SuperNatural

The site I chose for my research report is CREDO reference. I found this site very useful because they have a minimum amount of information on the topic you are researching without going into full depth. From CREDO reference I have found information about the Greek goddess on how she came to be, and what roles she played in the Greek mythology. Athena is known as the goddess of wisdom, war, and also for crafts and arts (spinning and weaving). She is later known as the goddess of virginity who detested love and marriage.  Athena appeared in the Greek mythology soon after Zeus had swallowed up her mother Metis, due to his fear of becoming overthrown. Her role in the Greek mythology was to protect Odysseus but later as she becomes the virgin goddess, she took over the olive crop whereas she was worried about the cycle of life. Athena had many attributes in the Greek mythology, as skilled as she is in many areas; many have even quoted that she was the inventor of the flute.
